The site is located on the east side of the M5 motorway, adjacent to Junction 24. The Junction is the southern motorway junction serving Bridgwater. The site has been submitted for planning and work is planned to commence in early 2020.

The overall site covers an area of 37.5 hectares (92.6 acres) and will when completed create employment for over a thousand local people. The development includes land for a new motorway service area and employment land identified for a variety of purposes, including B1, B2 and B8 uses. The site benefits from excellent transport links along the M5, with Taunton approximately 15km to the south, Weston Super Mare 30km to the north and Bristol just over 55km to the north.

The design principles adopted are driven by the ambition to create a high-quality employment site for businesses and employees, whilst providing a comprehensive green infrastructure that seeks to minimise the visual impact while enhancing the local biodiversity. The S.Notaro Group see this as an opportunity for Notaro Park to be recognised as the best business park along the M5 corridor.
